This class is designed to help college and post-grad students navigate their new kitchens. Too many kids don’t know how to cook, this is expensive and a real problem. I’m going to get them started being more comfortable in the kitchen, and I don’t mean heating ramen up in the microwave! 🙂
We’ll talk about knife skills, grocery shopping, meal prep, and shopping for seasonality. We will then proceed to make a delicious, inexpensive meal together. Students get to eat dinner too!
