Soups & a Stew Class
Soup and stews season is soon upon us! Be ready for it with a few new awesome recipes, but more importantly, the basics and fundamentals of making any healthy soup or stew. They can nourish the soul and feed a crowd. Soups and stews are perfect for tailgating, Sunday suppers and everyday perfect warmer uppers. Classes are limited to 4 people (hands-on, you’ll be learning by doing!), so please plan accordingly. This is a participation class, you’ll be chopping, slicing and dicing (wine will be saved for when we eat!). So bring your apron, and appetite, I’ll supply everything else.

Pasta e Fagioli | Thai Squash and Carrot Soup | Chicken Wild Rice Soup
Cost: $75/per person
Class type: Participation (yep, you’ll be doing some cookin!)

Since this is a hands-on class, please wear comfortable, shoes, and if your hair is long, please have it tied back. Aprons will be provided, but you may bring your own, if you’d like. Looking forward to cooking with you.
