This class is created to showcase the versatility and creative ways you can use your wood-fired oven. Maybe you have an oven or are thinking about buying or installing one. This hands-on class will educate you on firing it up, fire placement, how and where to place your food, no matter what you put into it.
Whether you have a super fancy brick oven, a fun backyard pizza oven like ours, or a super cool Ooni, the principles of cooking in a pizza oven are pretty much the same.
We will start with a glass of wine, then on to Shelagh’s world-famous dough. We will work our way into the menu for the night, which will include more than just pizza. We’ll also roast some veggies. All in the pizza oven.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES
Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your scheduled class to receive a refund (less 20% cancellation fee). No refunds will be issued past 14 days or due to illness or missed classes. SheCooks.Design reserves the right to cancel a class due to a lack of participants.
