We will be baking, battering, and doughing from my St. Paul (Mac/Groveland) kitchen (and backyard!). Gardening/composting, snacking and learning about different cultures and foods. Healthy food choices and eating whole foods will be discussed throughout the week.
Don’t worry, we will make a full meal with whatever baked goods we make, each day.
It will be so fun, they won’t even know how much they are learning. Class only available as the four-day series.
Ages 13-17 (boys, girls, ALL are welcome!)

Please note: Misbehaving teens will be sent home with an electric guitar, unlimited battery power for their phones, and a puppy. 🙂
This lineup is the base for the week, the kids get to decide (together) if they want more, and all is subject to change due to product availability.
DAY ONE: Break the fast! Homemade English muffins, Banana bread, Butter and nut butter from scratch. Breakfast
DAY TWO: Internat’l Day! Homemade tortillas, homemade pretzels. Street tacos
DAY THREE: Pasta Heaven! Homemade pasta, sauce (tomato and cream sauces). Pasta meal
DAY FOUR: Pizza Day! Homemade pizza dough, and focaccia. Pizza!
CANCELATION POLICY FOR CAMP: Cancelations must be made 14 days prior to your scheduled class to receive a refund (less 20% cancelation fee). NO REFUNDS will be issued past 14 days or due to illness or missed classes. SheCooks.Design reserves the right to cancel a class due to a lack of participants.
