Serve hot or cold with grilled chicken, or vegetables, crispy potatoes, or how about a Spanish Tortilla?!, eggs, toasted pita wedges topped with olive oil and za’atar seasoning, heck cardboard even tastes great with this one! Oh geez, I could go on and on.
This recipe couldn’t be easier, and so versatile. Add it to pasta, or use as a pizza topping. You won’t miss the meat, but you might want to gobble it up with some nice grilled lemon chicken or fish.
